General Terms and Conditions

Upon conclusion of a residential lease, a fee of CHF 200 (plus VAT) will be charged for administrative costs and CHF 70 (plus VAT) for nameplate costs. The administrative fee is CHF 100 (plus VAT) for the conclusion of a standalone parking lease. We handle the order of nameplates for entrance doors, mailboxes, and intercoms through our suppliers, who are familiar with the building and the required dimensions. During the lease term, the tenant(s) must inform the landlord of any change in civil status (marriage, divorce, separation) as well as any relocation of the family. The conclusion of the lease is subject to the acceptance of your application by the property owner. If you do not receive a response from us, your application will be considered canceled. If you decide to withdraw from the lease after it has been prepared and sent to you, an administrative fee of CHF 200 (plus VAT) will be charged. The lease is only considered finalized once it has been signed by both the tenant and the landlord, or their representative. The undersigned certifies that the information provided above is accurate and truthful. None of the provided details are intended to mislead the landlord or their representative. By signing, the tenant agrees to these rental conditions, which constitute an acknowledgment of debt under Article 82 LP.
